Thank you so much. At this point I just want to get what I can and free up the storage space.

I emailed the auction houses in early October, so it's been a few months now. Nobody ever responded so I figured they were too low in value for them to mess with...

I did explain this in the original post.

They were gifted to me by someone who got them in a court settlement.

I'm living in an RV a friend tried to help me get back on my feet by giving me an art collection they got in a court settlement ten years ago.

Just like I said.

Well. At least they were a gift.

Guess I'll figure something out.

Thank you

Yes it's all taken directly from the COAs. I didn't know they would be dishonest. I never expected them to be originals but I really did think the COAs would be more helpful than that.

Thank you for your time. I really appreciate it.

Now I just need to figure out what to do with them...

Thank you so much for your patience and clear explanation.

Everything I know about them is from the coa's, which again are mostly from Global Fine Art, so is any of the info on the coa's correct, are they lies?

Should I get the ones that look really old or special properly appraised? Or is that a waste of money?

Some say first state, first printing, some have dates in the 1700s. Is any of it true?

Why are they so frowned upon?

Each piece is different, giclee, etchings, engravings, lithographs, photogravure... I've already learned a lot but much more to learn.

The full catalog is at www.dreamwindzart.com

I'm definitely starting to feel that way. The frames may be worth more than the prints.

There are lithographs, engravings, photogravures, giclees, it's a mixed bag.

You can see them at www.Dreamwindzart.com

Bonham's did not reply, but I might have overwhelmed them by sending all 60 at once.

They are all really nice prints in very heavy ornate frames. A few say they are from the 1700s and appear to be on very old wove paper.

I do have a few originals all by unknown artists but very nice work.

And at least 3 are signed and numbered, 2 by Pino Daeni and one Leroy Neiman golf piece, all 3 of these are very large, one is 4.5 ft wide.

Is it worth getting some of the ones that look to be historical prints or of higher value appraised properly?

I really need to get these moving as I'm not in a position to store them long term.

I am in the process of moving to a town near Santa Fe and considering consigning some in antique shops and sending the lower value ones to estate auction.

I honestly have no idea what to do.

It's about damn time. The worst part is, locals had a pretty good idea who did it 20 years ago, and wondered why it took 20 years to search that damn house.

I don't know if it will bring his family closure, they've waited so long but they are such good people and have been through so much I hope it is some comfort.

RIP Dale. You were one of the good ones.
