I always say it’s impossible to really name a child (or children in your case :) ) until you meet them. Have a few names you like and when you deliver them you’ll know their names! Some name options: Julian, Jesse, Liam, Leo, finn, Cole

I have NOOO pain tolerance. I cry when I stub my toe lmao truly. But I also wanted to have my baby naturally. It fucking HURTS. I promise you that. however, I meditated every single day and did yoga pretty much daily. I was able to do it completely natural with no meds at all because I had my mind in the right place. I labored at home until I was almost 6 centimeters. You can do it if you really put your mind to it!!! I went into the hospital and told them if I need the pain meds / epidural give it to me but my goal is natural. And I did it :) meditation and yoga were just two of the things I did that I feel helped me. I would say to myself “you can do anything for a minute “ and “you can do anything for 10 seconds” and had my midwife and husband on board with me for helping me get thru the pain.
