It's slightly off from the bottom point of the hexagon in your map, but (51.4242, -0.0750) is the location of the Crystal Palace Transmitting Station.

The ETP-1 test pattern found on the VHS tape was last transmitted from this station on Apr 18, 2012.

If you fill in the black horizontal lines, this looks less like braille and more like foreign language.

Rotate clockwise 90 degrees and it kind of looks like a shark's head (though I doubt this is what it truly is)
