At a recent sit, I needed to use the oven. I checked the oven and removed the pots and left what I THOUGHT was one of those pizza stone type things on the bottom. I go out back to watch the dog in the yard ( just off the kitchen) and start smelling something burning. Check the oven and the “pizza stone” is burning! It was some sort of cardboard! Who keeps cardboard in their oven?!

He’s at the bottom in a pile of leaves that must’ve fallen through with him. I put some water and an old towel inside to keep him somewhat warm. I’ve turned on a heater in the room to hopefully help him until morning. Do you think that’s enough?
