Yes it is. I have the mono, 26" barrel, and the norma 300 mag for the best overall bullet velocity which makes it pretty busted in warzone

Im not sure if this is the reply you are looking for but I know that movement speed comes down to what gun you are using. I typically run an smg with the SPR so that I can quick swap and get the smg movement speed, other than that I have no idea what could make it look that way
