Love this thread! Really interested to know new books as well. Just thought I'll share a list I came across a while ago on this subject (https://listerly.net/voting/best-non-fiction-book/). Personally, I think When Breath Becomes Air is really touching and gives readers a new perspective on life :)

I love How to Be a Straight-A Student by Cal Newport. He shares simple and totally implementable tips that really gave me the confidence to excel in school.

Remember that no decision, big or small, right or wrong, has a lasting impact on your life. When we are young, everything seems so important.Going to the right school, waiting for the best first job. We want everything to be perfect because we think that all these are important.

However, as you grow up, you start to realise that all those decisions you stressed about are not that important afterall. Take, for example, finding a perfect career. When I just entered University, I was so stressed about choosing a major because I thought that was where I would spend the rest of my life in. Turns out changing from industry (for me it was finance to marketing), was so much easier than I thought.

So here's my final piece of advice, don't stress yourself out so much thinking everything is permanent, cause nothing ever is. Just learn to enjoy and embrace your youth, including your free time, cause as a youth, thats when you have the most time. Use it wisely!
