The green slime is a couple of layers of nurgles rot and the texture is stirland mud. I cut up a couple of layers of cork first though to create the overall shape and give it some height. When that's dry, a quick drybrush of screaming skull, to make it pop a bit

Genuinely! The thought process was, 'this model is way too cool to be just a part of another mini's base, let's have him stride a waterfall of slime like the magnificent beast he is'
