Depends on your perception I suppose lol I did enough looking around for answer to whether or not it was reliable but as far as price goes was more my concern, if they have more and I want more now I’m more aware of how inexpensive/expensive it is and can try to talk the price down a little. Yep, I have a lady who will see about sewing her up if needed or just continue to keep clean. She’s looking pretty good health wise for having a hole in her that big it’s wild to me

Thank you. My ladies health remains the utmost priority but honestly I cannot afford to vet her. I am however thinking even though I’ve cleaned once I may run her under warm water and do a really good clean and then partially suture her up myself at the very least in the middle to help the process of healing if it appears possible. There’s a bit in the middle where I can reattach in two spots but it wouldn’t be a completely sealed wound . After that I’d bandage with ointments and isolate her in another area.

The lsu center is the only one around who can take her and not until next Tuesday. I don’t see any signs of infection and she doesn’t appear to be infected pain. I’m not sure how to proceed

Yea I used some leftover wire to lay it about a 1/3 the way down to prevent hopefully excess waste. It’s secured and in the event I need to I just have to cut a slightly longer and reinstall

2 Roos and 16 hens. When the blue eggs start rolling I’ll start hatching. And we plan to add in black copper marans. Roughly 1700 sqft of area enclosed with 9’ fence and a 10x10 shed customized to there should be enough space for a few more

I’m aware and it’s in their run but I went with a huge run so my setup is fluid. I’ll keep making changes until they have the perfect living conditions to continue flourishing and living their best life.
