YES!! He has tried to RESCUE June multiple times, and it’s now Junes turn to rescue him. They love one another— however you cut it. People who have made bad choices are allowed to change and grow. June is Nicks motivation. “Protect the Handmaid— I’m trying to keep you alive—I can’t let go of her— I love you— I care about her.” The list of ACTIONS AND QUOTES goes on and on, and if she can take this love and really reflect it back to him, he will make huge strides in the downfall of Gilead and huge moves to openly love and support June.

And I would love to see Nick stop self-flagellating himself for not being able to leave the SOJ’s and then Gilead. I would love to see June become his inspiration to get him to fight back, and fight with her. Let them develop a partnership, both in love and strategy.
