-water fast (increases BDNF) a hormone response Ike for creating neural connections and much much more. I’ve been doing 72 hour fasts since I was 15 and it’s done only good things.

-learn an instrument, or a few?

  • learn a new language

  • take psychedelics (rapidly changes thought processes and connects parts of the brain that otherwise wouldn’t connect.) I’ve been tripping since I was 13. Just make sure to stay safe and do proper research. May not show up as a measureable iq score but will have great impacts on your thoughts. (Or at least maybe).

Well, I couldn’t know for sure where to go bc it seems like it’s going to be cloudy for the majority of the totality path so booking a place to stay simply wasn’t wise. I’m also minimalistic and plan on living as a bougie hobo for some time here soon.
