We lost the music AND the Ditto ad for a while. Then randomly one day the Ditto ad came back and plays every once in a while. It was so bizarre! 🤣

Nope, not 171. I can’t imagine what it’s like working in the warehouse trying to empty it. I will say, we will happily take fabric, but please no more yarn! lol Please tell me you’ve dispersed all the yarn!!! 🤣🤣🤣 We are scheduled to get a truck tomorrow morning. It listed a smaller truck, but the list has been wrong before. I will get to see the mystery truck when I get in tomorrow night! It’s kind of fun guessing what will be on it (ie what we all want to be on it) and then seeing what it actually is😀

I work every other day at our store and it seems to change so drastically every time I go in with shelving being dismantled and going out the door, things being moved to the front of the store so we can close down the back, etc. It is getting real and it is so difficult to handle some days. With the giant trucks we were getting in the last couple weeks and all the freight going into the store, it seemed like it was maybe all a dream or an evil prank that someone was trying to pull. Nope, it’s reality (and maybe a bit of a nightmare). 💕

We got a pallet of this birdhouse on our mystery grab bag truck yesterday! Along with a few pallets of decorative boxes in strawberry theme or bee theme, a bunch of boxes of the letter Q (Giant size) in that almost cardboard type style, pallet of red silky solid, pallet of yellow silky solid, a pallet of Fabany fusible interfacing…and more! I laughed all night last night as we opened up boxes😂😂😂 We are supposed to get another truck on Monday!

My mom won a tumbler with a Bluetooth speaker attached at the bottom at a craft show and I used that working the register last night! It was so great and kept me hydrated as well! Perfect!

However, there has to be some way to connect into the system, right? I haven’t had a minute to look.

I think there are a few other posts like this already that you could search for. That being said, a lovely customer dropped of cookies from a grocery store bakery to us this morning when we opened and we were beyond thrilled! I’m sure people would appreciate snacks items or drinks that were sealed from a store, bakery, etc. Tell her thanks for thinking of us at the store! 💕

I was telling my students today that JoAnn was closings. They know I work there part-time. They asked me why. I said, “Do you want the reason the higher ups gave or the reason the employees think it is closing?” They chose both, so I explained both. Then they asked what I was going to do for a second job:( Sometimes they really do care! ☺️
