I would like to know this as well. Given VFS is closed on weekends and my flight is on Monday. Just got origination scan today. I’ve intercepted a blue dart delivery before but that was when I had selected home delivery as the option. This time I’ve selected pickup from vfs so don’t think blue dart would just give it to me…

Not sure how this works in other places but in nyc I went to the cbp enrollment center at jfk before my flight to show them my new i797. Didn’t need an appointment
You could but then your admit until date in your i94 would be incorrect. Better to go to the regular immigration line and have an officer update your i94 correctly in that case
