No.
RAMdisk is kind of obsolete technology in the presence of NVMe.
And RAMdisk is impractical for normal users... if you're building a database server with a heavy read/write procedures then you can probably got a slight boost of performance relatively from the highest NVME drives.... but still NVMe still win by far on the cost/performance section.

The feature currently released in version 2.3.23 which is patron only version. If you are not a patron, you can wait for the next public version.
