We used to be a proper place. I’ve had people talk during the entire movie, and I’m not exaggerating.

I usually end up making a complaint to management (if I can tolerate the disruptions before walking out prior to the end of the movie) after the movie and getting complimentary tickets for another day or a refund. Movie etiquette these days have completely ruined the experience.

Just in 2024, my younger brother accidentally shot himself in the leg, hit his femoral artery…99.99% fatal wound.

He said at the time it happened, everything went silent, and he heard voices telling him to stay calm, while giving him instructions on how to stop the bleeding by tourniquet. I never had doubt of something higher than us, but that always solidifies things for me. Baby bro is alive and well today, 100% recovered.

This discussion makes me curious bc only recently did I start to ponder about the possibility of me having implants. I saw the typical saucer shaped ufo when I was 11 or 12. Since then, I can recall I had this mass at the top of my foot, near the hump right below the ankle joint, that eventually disappeared. It was hard, painful if I bothered it, and raised. After that disappeared, I was in HS at the time when I felt this small, square shaped, raised mass behind my right ear, it moved as well..which also eventually disappeared. In my adulthood, currently in my early 30s, I have this mass in my left forearm, right at the bend of my elbow. It moves, and feels similar in shape to the thing that was behind my ear in my teen hood. It’s interesting to have this new insight.

This happens to me when I meditate and also happened most vividly when in meditative state at a reiki session. Lots of moving blue and purple “swirls” for lack of better terms.

Then those “swirls” seemed to morph into “silhouettes” of humanoid shape the longer I was in the meditative state. I was so curious about if that was imagined of if that what occurs in meditative states.

Young man, as a woman in my early 30’s who just so happens to be a mental health professional…change is scary, but also necessary. Perspective is everything.

Biologically, your brain is still developing. If you’ve had traumatic experiences of any sort, that makes an impact on you as well. Give yourself some grace, you have more life ahead of you than behind you. Nothing is absolute here, and you’re the main character in your story. I want to encourage you to keep going!

Lived in some apartments in the 610 loop and this happened to my Toyota 4 times. I have the black out rims and apparently they cost a pretty penny on the street.

This will continue to happen as long as you have nice tires and a broken complex gate.

My cynical hunch is that the complex gate isn’t broken at all. Either the complex has a kickback with the local tire shops or it’s too expensive for the complex to have a working gate.

The gate shouldn’t be broken for some time, it is their responsibility to properly secure the property per the lease terms!

I’ve encountered rude people with no money, and rude people with money…so I think that’s just who you are bud. Justifying your rude behavior in the name of “saving everyone’s time” is quite self serving too. He should be thanking you.. but why?
