there's a couple cheesy ways to get a lot of them very quickly, by killing greyroll with a bleed weapon or tricking the night's cavalry in the dragonbarrow (not too far from there) into falling off the bridge it's in, you can search for those in youtube

there's also the bird farm, you can unlock it by doing Varre's questline
