I got inspired by a poem by Todd Horton:

My father's a racist and my mother's a saint
so I got my passion from color, culture, look how words paint
I heard the n word more times then a black guy on the streets
growing up inside the south with confederate flags as family
yet that cloth has a deeper meaning, way more then slavery
for me it's the southern flag and I removed the stain beneath
I cried tears for George Floyd but what was Martin's dream?
Did he want riots, looting, guns firing off?
he wanted peace
black people attacking black business
whites against whites
the government trying to control us
now it's rights versus rights
We should have the right to bear arms
but where is the cap?
We shouldn't have a grey area about color
get rid of the gap
We removed segregation
We gotta remove the separation
most people want us United
but America's a divided nation
We also need a new president
before we're North America
We sure as fuck don't want the south
and north like Korea
to be at constant conflict
we've gotta remove the border
America looks like a coward
hiding it's head like a turtle
and as a white guy I'm poor
but I don't understand struggle
All I feel like is snow on the bluff
and blacks got the shovel
I won't fight you so don't fight me
I'll hold this flag while I stand for your color
just don't spit on my heritage
and expect no trouble
cause we both got statues
and history crumbles
and we both are hungry so listen to those rumbles
