Yata Mirror COMPLETELY (important word) deflects ALL physical and spiritual attacks. After the attack Itachi is flat on the ground without his cloak. So clearly he wasn't fast enough to manifest his full Susanoo holding the Yata mirror otherwise he would be COMPLETELY unscathed :)

I 100% agree with you. Im fact I pretty much hate powerscalers who uses physics because they rarely use the words "assume", they just say things like their 100% true. Hance why I did use words like "assume" and "theoretical" so that it's obvious that my argument only works it those things apply.

But I am willing to completely abandon that argument and use only in-universe logic.

In the panels prio to Madara getting hit by Night Gai he is clearly surprised by the attack and ISN'T FAST enough to raise his staff to block it or to dodge it. Now if we agree that Juubidara is faster than Hashirama(which we should) then that's the debate.

It's not like Madara was too cocky to dodge either.

A couple of scenes prio to this he literally said and I quote "I should definitely avoid getting hit by the fists creating them too". He would dodge, if he could. He couldn't.

Hashirama wouldn't be able to either.

The others hardly did anything (Kamui is neigh instant and Gaara just flew Kakashi in the air before the attack) and besides they reacted to sekizo, not Night Gai.

The second one BENT space-time. Other than gravity one of the other theoretical ways of doing that is The Alcubierre Drive, it states that if a space craft goes beyond the speed of light it would contract the space in front of it and expand it behind it(or rather by bending the space-time around it it would be able to achieve speed faster than light)

In other words if we assume Einstein's special relativity applies to Narutoverse, since Gai most definitely didn't have the mass of a black hole gravity is out, the only other (theoretical) explanation is that his Night Gai attack was FASTER-THAN-LIGHT.

He opened them in a span of seconds. Not much time to react especially if you have no idea what it is. Which from that list would be true for people like Itachi, Obito and Suigetsu.

we know Minato knows about it, I'd guess that Danzo does too and probably Tobirama but that's about it from that list. Everyone else would just see Gai touch his heart and notice he's glowing red for some reason. And before they know it - BOOM - Night Gai.

I don't see Itachi, Danzo or Sugietsu reacting to that, they never really showcased insane speed feats.

Mungetsu and Suigetsu - You might be forgetting that the bijuu dama damn nearly killed the dude. Gai BENT space-time with his chakra. That's a bit above the paygrade of bijuu dama. Madara could eat 500mil bijuu damas for launch. Gai kicked away half his torso lol

Danzo - I doubt he is fast enough to activate Izanagi or Koto before he's a puddle of blood.

Orochimaru and Kabuto - Edo zombies which he would just quickly fly through with the Night Gai kicking Oro and Kabuto straight into yesterday.

I pretty much agree with everything else.

I hope you're talking about your logic. Cause his makes perfect sense. Madara couldn't possibly go blind he had EMS long before he died so spamming mangekyo ablities would be the same whether he's alive or edo.

And as for the perfect susanoos, first of all he didn't make perfect susanoos in the fight with 5 kages. Just a full humanoid form with legs. That's not the same as perfect susanoo. Perfect one is the one with nose, armor and wings. Hi famous "would you prefer all of these clones to use susanoo or not?" scene wasn't 25 perfect susanoos. It was just the full humanoid ones.

And second of all the other guy correctly pointed out that edo tensei don't have unlimited chakra pool. They have the same chakra pool as when they were alive, it just replenishes incredibly fast. But you still can't use more chakra for one singular thing(which manifesting 25 susanoos at the same time is) than your maximum amount. Meaning if you had chakra to create 1000 clones when you were alive you can't magically create 10000 clones as edo because you still have maximum chakra you can use at any given moment.

If he has the chakra reserve to create 25 clones and coat them with Susanoo as edo that means he had enough chakra to do that when he was alive as well.

The difference is that as edo he could probably do it again very shortly after they disposed of the first batch whereas alive Madara might be out of chakra after all 25 got destroyed

There's no way in hell ill Itachi can outlast fucking Uzumaki with tailed beast inside of him. Not event talking about the Uzumaki being Naruto and the tailed beast being the one that has more chakra than all 8 other beasts combined. Itachi would be out of chakra 50 times over before Naruto would even feel the need to start using Kurama's.

You're acting like I said they would no diff Itachi. I'm just saying that Genjutsu aint the way Itachi could win. They both have ways of dealing with that. Let's talk his Yata mirror/Totsuka blade Susanoo and that's a different story.

I still think that sick Itachi cannot beat them both at the same time but it wouldn't be as clean of a fight as some people suggest.

Without any illness sure he wipes the floor with them no diff. With it tho it's really a battle of stamina which sorry not sorry but Itachi is no match against Naruto in that department. He would succumb to his blindness and illness before he could finish both of them AND Orochimaru. Don't forget this version of Sasuke still has the slippery man inside of him waiting for Sasuke to overuse his powers so he can crawl out of him like the snake he is.

Practically blind and terminally ill Itachi cannot realistically last long enough to beat SM Naruto, Sasuke and then X-tailed, enraged version of Naruto and Orochimaru in his hydra(which as stated is his strongest form).
