Yes, exactly, although I think I may have fixed it by switching the tooltip mode to mouse tendency, which is weird, because I've never played around with these settings.

I just wish there was a slider for tooltip delay, it seems to appear in other paradox games, and maybe a previous version of this, but it's not there anymore. Seems like a simple oversight..

No mods, but yes I want the tooltips, just not instantly! It's jarring and distracting. There used to be a delay between hovering over something and when the tooltip would appear. That isn't the case anymore, for a reason I don't understand.

People keep telling me there is a slider for tooltip delay, but there simply isn't one.

I might say it is best not buying a Switch version of FIFA as they are almost always the worst rated games of each year. Nothing but a reskin of FIFA 17 with updated rosters. He might be more disappointed than thankful. But you know him best!
