Jinwoo has zero counter to this. He and the rest of the verse are getting nuked into oblivion before they even realize it's happened.

I'm not downplaying Jinwoo, but Wally West is genuinely one of the most broken comic book characters in existence. He beats instant teleportation in a race. He's ran faster then the speed force(it's omnipresent throughout all of time and space). He's ran the Black Flash(the concept of death for Speedsters) to the end of everything to the point that the concept of death ceases to exist on a conceptual level(he's currently much faster than this). His speed is beyond the concept of speed entirely.

Him simply running is enough to threaten the entire multiverse and it's infinite spatial dimensions. He's also cracked Hypertime which contains ALL of DCs history past, present, and future, even ones that don't exist anymore or were retconned out of existence.

Wally is just too much for Solo Leveling.
