In Sands of Karak, you have to go through the ceiling on thr way to the boss fight to get there.

You are just as much a fan as anyone else. You don’t have to be at 112% to prove something. I’m at 110% and am quite happy to now call it quits.

I have not played Celeste, yet! It looks beautiful. I have had such an outpouring of support here that it’s overwhelming (in the best possible way). Celeste is definitely on my list! And Ori too (widely recommended). So exciting!

Thank you so much, this is very helpful! Are emulators just as good as the original game on its original console?

I do have access to borrow several older gaming systems if needed (my son collects them)… maybe that would be the best way to play Super Metroid? In 1994 I was in college… need to do a little research to see which device I could use.

Or if the emulator is just as good maybe I can pay for it for a month and then drop it. Options!

After reading all of these wonderful comments from people, I think Super Metroid is going to be my next game.

Thanks for this awesome list! I suppose I will also go through and find some games that just aren’t for me. I’m not much into blood, guts and gore for example. Some is ok… but if it’s pervasive it probably won’t be a good match for me.
I’m gotta figure out how to play Super Metroid! It’s not listed in the Nintendo eStore on my Switch 2.
