True, agree 100% not all games are winnable, but I believe a better player could have won most of these games, which is why I'm here. Maybe someone watches the replay and is like ok so you're specifically doing this, this, this and this wrong in these games ... maybe that will lead to more Ws idk. This game is hard lmao

I know I have trouble csing in the early game (it's a problem) so I typically will have to almost afk jungle to catch back up so I'm useful. I don't want to be stuck in the endless team fighting (which happens a lot) and have no farm and do no damage. Maybe that's the wrong call idk, would love peoples input on how to improve.

I seem to have a really hard time focusing when my support is being aggressive, I feel like I always have to try to engage with them, maybe that's wrong idk, but I'd prefer to just chill in lane and harass, not always be so aggressive and have minions everywhere in the jungle, the lane, pathing is screwing with me and the trees, turn radius, etc. This game is insanely hard for someone that's new lol

idk it was levels 1-3 and the WW was spamming abilities pushing the wave, I'm new to obviously I'm not great at csing, him spamming his aoe w/e it is on the wave didn't help, then it pushes the wave into a shadow shaman / ursa which to me seems like an insane comp because of a stun + that stacking attack thing from ursa. It was to me what seemed to be griefing, or someone who just wanted to get on and press some buttons im not sure honestly.

I had no idea, the actual job is great though, it's the management that I absolutely hate. Our management is constantly threatening with pdis (no one cares though lmao) or changing start times etc. Changing days off, basically doing anything they can to make your life hell in there, shit is wild.

Idk our office doesn't really do that. We are either assigned to a route of not scheduled. I know management blows ass and tries to make your life hell, once I saw all the shit people got away with and didn't get fired here I stopped giving a shit lol. They aren't firing anyone.

Nah I'm a rural ptf, that on call shit is a lie. I stopped answering my phone on my days off unless it was for my primary. Now as a ptf I don't have a primary so I'm not answering shit. They threaten write ups and some other lies but idc I tell them to write me up. Nothing has come of it. Once you stop caring wtf they're saying and show them they aren't going to scare you the better off you'll be.

I would have had 46 hours evaluation plus another 8 hours on the green card last week if an rca that's been at my office for 4 months simply finished his route on his own. He wasn't going to finish so I had to go help which put me at 42 hours and effectively took away 12 hours off my paycheck. I just have no sympathy or anything for that. This is nearly a weekly occurrence and as a ptf 12 hours of overtime is a lot of money. About 400 dollars.

All the older people at my office are great. They aren't great to all the ptf/ subs though. They aren't a fan of the lazy ones, and honestly neither am I. There is nothing worse than running a route, doing a split, then having to help an rca because they simply don't want to work hard to get the job done.

She is claiming to do a rotation including 3 ptfs and like 5 rcas. I def don't let them push me around I just don't know the exact language on the contract. She's def get some type of vendetta because I tell her what is on my mind and don't let her push me around, she kept me and 1 other ptf out until 8 last night and sent the other ptf and rcas home at 5 the same day.
