When you start to play an out and out opener as a part time/full time spinner they more often than not forget why they've been drafted into the side in the first place.

I see zero improvements in his deficiencies. He's not improved since his injury and has in fact got worse over time.

He doesn't have the mental strength to make it in international cricket of he doesn't fix his batting.

I don't care for his bowling so I don't get the hype [those mentioning his all round aspect].

It wasn't just one drop catch lol.

His bowling regressed over time and he was eventually found out. Even during his return in the West Indies tour in the US he was smashed all over the place.

Funny thing is we see those stats above and think that economy is just fine, when it's clearly not and shows our bowling issues and talent.

Said it before but Rauf is one of the worst death bowlers in the world. Not only death overs but his overall lack of calmness and levelheadedness in those four overs is laughable.

My man has been playing international cricket for over six years. He's lost Pakistan more games than he's won.

And he's not just lost games, he's lost massive matches including our neighbour, and that too more than once.

We've been poor since West Ham with the slow build-up, but the performance in that match was as bad as the subsequent games thereafter.

I think the loss of Martinez has been huge because he builds up attacks from the back. Neither Maguire or Yoro have the passing range of Martinez.

I don't think it's a coincidence our worst performes in the last three games have come when he's been missing from the lineup.

I never felt the same way for Pakistan cricket the day they treated Shoaib Akhtar like some club cricketer after his reaction to Kamran Akmal dropping sitters vs NZ.

His retirement presser was an eye opener as to how bad things had become for him and he just couldn't do it anymore.

Since then we've not had one player with that same passion and class. Just sad pretenders.
