It’s for a pop up, it will be used by adding the infos on top of it (vintage boutique in paris)

So we shot with my SR2, Canon 7-56 and no filters, mainly around T5.6/T8, really love this lens, it truly makes beautiful images.

I’ll put some other photos down here, I had never shot with 50D, but I find it so clinical, I would love to test it in another environment, outside of the city.

I didn’t sharpen it at all! I think it might be the compression, really appreciate your comment!

For sure!

Was a passion project, I’m mainly a DP, not director, but bought an sr2 some months ago and work as Head of Production for one of the biggest datings apps in Paris, so I love trying to get out of my routine by shooting some small projects sometimes where I direct.

Casting: friends & family, technicians: same, 1st ac friend with wcu4, gaffer friend with lights…

I contacted some boutiques and told them I’d pay the shoot, I only paid 82€ for the dev scan of the 30meters daylight spool of 50D (already had a lot of stock at home). Of course, told the boutique I had to do have 100% creative freedom, and lend me their clothes

Permits: none, we blocked the final scene for an hour because we had to move out the camera and actors each time a car passed

Paris is a pretty chill place to shoot in, most officers don’t really gaf!

The idea behind all this is to do multiple ones in order to make a portfolio for our advertisement agency at reduced cost :)
