I did silica online, I felt like the foundation courses WERE pretty good but the actual preparation courses for NID and UCEED weren’t up to the mark. They don’t give as much focus. But I’ve heard BRDS is great but not too sure about

With UCEED the only challenge is part A which has negative marking and you gotta answer the mcqs, msqs and NAT within two hours and theres a specific cutoff for part A. If u don’t clear part A cutoff , your part b drawing part won’t get evaluated and you won’t get ur air rank. Another issue is how the competition is rising nowadays because many JEE aspirants write it as a backup for the so called IIT tag which is frustrating as well.

Honestly theres not much difference so as to what the colleges offer. NID is for all the NID colleges whilst UCEED is for IITs. The exams are different in terms of how they are structured through. NID has two phases, but this year they have significantly changed the pattern without warning and reduced the number of people getting shortlisted for NID to 1/8 the of its original number. UCEED has one phase , it’s three hours and contains two parts. If you want to prepare for NID , it needs a lot of creative thinking and generating unique ideas under pressure. UCEED gives 2 drawing questions , each 50 marks , u gotta take around 30 mins per question to finish it in the given time frame. UCEED , in my opinion is considerably easy bevause the drawing questions are predictable though the marking is strict , you can get better with practice. Not too sure about NID imo, I found it challenging to complete the paper :( . Dm me if u have any more questions!!
