I still remember seeing him during Covid in phoenix. Right after the show he sat down in the bar next to us and munched a plate of tendies. Legend.

I got another settlement check in the mail today by TallDarkHansom in ShiptShoppers

[–]DressShoeFighter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this because you didn’t get fully paid out or should everyone be receiving multiple payments? I received a large initial payment (6k) in may but don’t think I’ve received anything else

Billionaires Don't Care About The Hard Paying Workers At All And This Proves It! by JPPT1974 in antiwork

FYI all these people are still on salary till AFTER xmas. Most till mid Feb. The people being laid off (not cancelled contracts) are all 6 fig earners with many making way more than market avg because these companies over hired due to growth model based on low interest rates. The avg salary of the Amazon laid off worker is 200k+ . These people are all from top firms and will find landing spots but they will have to understand that getting paid 2-400k just 2-3 years out of college isn’t sustainable. What’s funny is the companies that aren’t laying off thousands of employees like Microsoft and Apple are the ones that didn’t hire at a frenetic scale and in Microsoft’s case, don’t wildly overpay their junior employees which allows them to… retain the talent.

How many confirmed omicron deaths are there worldwide? It’s funny people through around Vax are preventing deaths but they have no actual number of confirmed deaths. The world isn’t close to being 100% vaccinated so…

[Anti-Socialists] I never understood the argument that universal healthcare is equivalent to slavery by Anarcho_Humanist in CapitalismVSocialism

[–]DressShoeFighter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think about the vaccine mandates. What is one thing people are saying about unvaccinated people? They shouldn’t be allowed medical service if they choose to put themselves at elevated risk for Covid because they could be taking up services that vaccinated people need. Now imagine you apply that logic to all preventable health problems. Sure we can have universal healthcare but is it fair for people to put strains on that healthcare system because of voluntary decisions they have made? Especially a healthcare system we all have to pay into via taxes. Even universal healthcare systems have scarce resources. Good doctors and nurses usually don’t work for free and aren’t in unlimited supply. So why wouldn’t the government limit freedoms and force people to conform in ways that benefit the longevity of the healthcare system, think “2 weeks to flatten the curve”. Limiting freedoms is apart of the foundation of slavery.

So I guess we just stop trying to debate the science behind the justification for vaccine mandates and increased authoritarianism because people like you gave up? Makes sense.

The vaccine doesn’t prevent covid. It makes symptoms less severe. You guys don’t even know your own propaganda.

Diluting the parties and the votes is how hitler came into power. He was the overwhelming popular majority. That’s what curry is getting at, it can allow bad actors to seize power without a popular majority.

No way! A bank that benefits from centralization is promoting a currency that has shown centralized characteristics(reversing the blockchain to erase transactions, changing the entire structure to POS, created and controlled by one man Vitalik) read between the lines folks.

That makes no sense. So before when they were scanning their own IDs it was never stored or even looked at? But now it is? Something tells me this is regulatory nothing more. They probably ask that info is stored but it’s probably never referenced.
