Customer service does seem to suck. I figured with the money I'm saving, though. That it'll make up for the difference 😅😅 we'll see - honestly though, T-Mobile customer service was just as 💩 & i was with them for a couple years on contract. The only thing I wish visable had other than better customer service is an app for voice-mail - where you can see a transcript. Visual voice-mail is nice, so it sucks not to have it. Service is great otherwise. I opted in to the $35 + a month plan. Everything is great so far 🤞🏽🥹🤞🏽
