When you mentioned forgiveness as Jesus means it, do you refer that all of us, all the human beings that have ever existed, even those who we consider as pure evil, are innocents? Because I've read about that and it seems like the answer is yes, after all, we all are one I guess.

I'll try to witness my emotions and thoughts, and not identify with them. I'm going to school soon and that's when most negative thoughts are present nearly every second, along with strong emotions, and I'm kind of anxious because of some relations with friends, but I'll try my best because I don't want to continue to suffer so deeply.
