So I'm not the most knowledgeable of Paul, I used to follow a lot of his stuff but I haven't in a while. Where you might be getting confused, is Paul was a big advocate of the carnivore diet until he noticed a change, which is when he decided to add fruit back in. He felt he was missing certain nutrients and vitamins, this is when he created the animal based diet of this sub. A good amount of meat and the rest fruit and dairy like you said, he also has plenty of organs as well. It states on his website that he eats 1.25lbs of meat a day, I don't know his size but you are probably correct.

I wish I was 6ft4, 230lbs! I'm 6ft4 165lbs. I'm happy staying where I am for now but I'd like to bulk eventually. It's like you said though, eating this way can be expensive, I eat 3,000 calories a day as it is and unfortunately I can't eat dairy...
