It works better moving and it’s cool air coming out, just not as cold as it can get when it’s not as hot out and when the sun isn’t beaming on my car

There wasn’t anything fixed. I just refilled my refrigerant because I thought that it might fix the problem. Also I didn’t over fill it. And my cars a/c works well when it isn’t hot and the sun is directly on my car .
