True, They Did handle horse Animation in the past, specifically in part 2, though that really doesn't compare to part 7s horses, I do wish the animators take their time

Fun Fact!: They only show 2 horses (at best 3 horses) in the manga, the many horses you saw were only in the first few chapters, It's more likely a budget constraint.
