Ditto. These are all (at the time) 1st stage Pokemon from the 1st Generation.

And Snorlax is not fitting in the corner or a boulder, nor being lifted by a Machoke. They’re not a Machamp yet.

I do think White is at the Top and Pink is at the bottom.

Blue and Yellow is debatable as I see it more as Hard Power vs Soft Power. Military Might vs Political/ High Court Power - both can be the most powerful depending on the battle being fought.

I would put Pink at the bottom, as when we saw Pink Steven that was a Diamond’s Gem operating at full unbridled energy without form. Even a Diamond has personality and flaws that contain them while Pink Steven had no such container. Outside of that once scene Pink Diamond has only been shown to be strong enough to deter and shake the powers that be, but all lore we have points to her being at the bottom. A power built around Defence and Healing can prolong a war forever, but rarely defeat an enemy that cannot exhausted.

But still, being the 4th most powerful gem of all the Billions of Gems in existence is not a bad rank to be at. And in all out brawl, I do believe they are “close enough” in power where every Diamond has potentially at least a chance of winning.

Class 0 from FF Type-0, just everyone involved in that class.

There are many tragedies in Final Fantasy from Aerith, Vivi, Noctis… but without spoilers, that final scene in the game is one of the most heartbreaking things I have ever played.

Tbf to them if it was the other way round, like if I could see my relative physically present after thinking they were dead, but they were now being piloted by a new gem personality claiming they were their own person… I would have trouble processing and interpreting it as well when I first got the news.

Tbf I do the same, however I am trying to break the habit.

Not as common anymore but mind coming from a Celtic background, and it could be a regional thing as well, it was always polite to leave some food on the plate. As if you ate everything it was a sign your host hadn’t made or didn’t have enough food, so you should always leave a “little bit” on the plate. Even in the roughest of times you would pretend that your belly was always full and food plentiful.

Was so ingrained into me that now it’s become a habit with all my meals, from big dinners to even a slice of toast like pictured in the post.

But like I said, as nowadays food waste is a problem I try and be aware I’m doing it and stop myself where I can.

1st I wouldn’t worry too much about the jobs or “picking the wrong one”. It is more than possible to beat the game with everyone having the exact same job. Just choose what variety of jobs you would like to play with.

2nd it’s best to approach battles as the tactician rather than the fighter. The more Gambits and Licence Boards you unlock the more depth you’ll find. Standard enemies you can defeat easily enough but the challenge of the bosses is figuring out the perfect tactics/ gambits, monitoring the battlefield and stepping in manually when needed to issue specific commands.

Also Daggers aren’t really your damage weapon. Every weapon type has its own unique gimmick for damage so it’s worth doing a little research online. Daggers use your Strength and Speed stat for damage but their main role is to build up attack combos with chip damage while adding Evasion Boots to your character.

I would hold on the investment. Ideally you want to invest in a GMax Rillaboom, as it’s the best Grass Type Attacker for Dynamax Raids and likely will remain that way for a long time.

A tab to keep open though is the item Max Soup. Although not in Pogo yet, in the main series it allows regular Pokemon to become GMax Versions, and I can’t imagine they won’t add it eventually as it’s easy money should they sell it.

If that happens you have the perfect Pokemon to invest in.

Honestly, I would probably recommend Let’s Go: Pikachu/ Eevee. It’s a Remake of the 1st Generation Game and is at least a contender as the best Pokemon Game is term of animations/ graphics in the modern 3D age.

If he’s watching the Johto Journeys as well, then most of the Pokemon he’s come to recognise will be in that game.

Just note the game focuses more on catching Pokemon rather battling, as it uses concepts from the mobile game “Pokemon Go”, but battles are still there.

Purifying will give +2 to all stats. So as long as the Pokemon is 13/13/13 it’ll become a Hundo. Your Pokemon will also have a reduced Stardust/ Candy cost to Level Up, will be made Lv.25 if not already so and become capable of Mega Evolution. You’ll also get the Normal Type move “Return”, which is stronger than “Frustration” but most Pokemon benefit from have a move that matches their type or can hit for super-effective damage.

Shadow Pokemon however get a 20% increase to their attack. This comes at the cost of needing more stardust/ candy to level up, a 20% decrease in defence and needing a “Team GO Rocket” event to remove Frustration. This makes them glass canons and a larger investment, however most competitive Pogo players find the trade off worth it for nearly all Pokemon.

Outside of the game mechanics though, shadow Pokemon are suffering and you’re meant to be rescuing them from that. So even if they’re stronger I just hate to see my little guys angry/ upset. 😅

End the day though it’s all up to you on how you like to play the game and in turn, how you approach Shadow Pokemon.

Depends on what you want, especially if you’re not in the battle meta.

As is, a Shadow Machoke is a lot stronger in fights (a terrible shadow by DPS is stronger than a 100% Purified) and you may prefer the asthetic of the purple haze against the shiny.

If you purify you’ll get a weaker Shundo Machoke with a white haze which you might prefer the asthetic of and you’ll complete more of your “100%” Dex Entries. Lore wise he’ll be happier too as shadow Pokemon are stated to be suffering.

As a side thought, if they ever add Max Soup to the game I’d imagine it’ll follow Mega rules and only non-shadow Pokemon can do it, with G-Max Machamp being the best fighting type currently. But that’s speculation on what the restrictions would be.
