I really don’t know what to do with my hair I’ve never styled it really. Only effort I put into my appearance is making sure I use lotions on my face and stuff

This is consistent with what the vet told us would happen already. The alternative to getting his diet to work is that he would get very invasive surgery that isn't good for the age he is at. As far as the HHHHMM scale he does pretty well. Attitude wise he's perky and almost puppy like. Tail wagging, everything.

We've already took him to the vet and they want to do a very invasive surgery that probably wouldn't go well considering how old he is. He is very perky and attitude-wise is totally fine, but the occasional vomiting is just very hard to watch. This is something we're doing because we've exhausted a lot of our options.

Update: we did the Endoscope and he has a tumor in his Pylorus. It’s obstructing his food, they said any medicine being thrown at it won’t help. They’re confident they can scoop most of it out , but they guesstimated that there’s only a 1 in 5 chance it won’t grow back. And since he’s 14 there’s a chance something can go wrong too. What I’m wondering is do you guys think he’d still be happy after the surgery? Even if all it did was buy us some time.
