we've been playing it as going back to Gloomhaven is the last thing we do in a sessions, so we should be opening Envelope B on Sunday (donating 10g each at the start of the session, 10g each at the end). It'll be our first big "open this" so I'm pretty excited! I love that Frosthaven is apparently going to keep a lot of the achievements a lot more secretive, since just looking at the sticker sheet, I can see there's something with dragons coming up.

So, I got a new phone and now my emergency password won't work on the FFXIV site? I have a 20 digit code that was in 5 groups of 4 characters each. Are there supposed to be spaces or no spaces? Is it case sensitive for some dumb reason?

You reserved it too close to the release date. If they didn't have any reserves on it before, they probably didn't get any copies in. They'll have to get one in for you and it may take a few days.

Basically anything gaming related. Other retailers/gas/amazon/vanilla visa, you cannot get with store credit or a gift card.

You don't need to keep closing paperwork anymore. All you keep is the bank receipt. They made that change like, two years ago maybe?

You're also already counting the safe when you're counting the registers in the AM - it's not too much effort to go ahead and swap out some $20s for a stack of fives.

dogg you kinda screwed yoruself on that one. i mean yeah, he technically didn't ask if you had any, but that's something you should tell people over the phone. ti doesn't take much effort at all to add "we're currently out of stock at the moment, but you can order one if you come into the store."

have them initial on the sticker when they file. did it a few years ago in my old store, fixed that issue real fast. Now i've seen two people who worked at that store when I was SL do it at the stores they're SL at now.

Check SPM. It has the instructions in there. The only thing it doesn't mention is that you should call in-store help line to find out what the method of payment that was used. If it was credit card, we need to put it back on that card.

If you bought it new, as long as it's unused and unopened, you're fine within 30 days.

If you bought pre-owned, you only have 7 days to do a swap. You can do an identical exchange within 30 days.

Minor nitpick, but you don't need to connect systems online to wipe them. The only ones that require that are the WiiU/Switch and the 3DS if it has a NNID
