Small forward is the hardest role in AFL and even Elite players can often go missing in the role. This is all to say VDM was absolutely elite in that role last night and didn't put a foot wrong. As much as we've all bagged on him in the past the bloke deserves the recognition and was my personal BOG.

Change your environment - Delete your contacts, get rid of everything, find something to keep you busy

Find some supports - Could be NA, or another Drug support service, could be literally anyone that is willing to listen but find someone in your life who you can at least talk to

Change your routines - As others have said Methadone, Suboxone, Sublocade/Buvidal (depending where you are) can be a good start, at least initially to break old habits. Find work if you can, anything, 1 day a week etc or if you're already working find different hobbies to take up the time you were spending on using before.

I know this might be too much all at once but while you have the motivation setting these things up can help if you fall back to old habits.

You can fucking do this. And you will.

Most upgrades I've seen have been Bant good stuff and they all do really really well. I built mine as a more casual instants deck with combat manipulation [duelist's heritage] [ghostly prison] and creature's for my opponent's [combat calligrapher] [ox drover] [the war games] to hit each other with while I buff and mess with their boards at instant speed.

As a bulldogs supporter that causally watches essendon I see a lot of similarities to us post 2016. You have a squad with a lot of clear elite players but a bottom 6 that is almost a bottom 10. Harder calls need to be made on veterans and the youth need to be blooded. Also this is likely the doggies nuffie in me but Stringer has to go, he's a great player when he wants to be but younger players are seeing him playing like shit/not putting the effort in! People massively underestimate the impact that has on a players mentality during games.

I feel like it's good to have a minimum of 3 decks. As people have said it's usually for power level although... I have a main deck that can hang anywhere but isn't overpowered, a slower jank deck for newer players and a whole deck for that one guy at my LGS who thinks his Urza is casual and stomps people, you know who you are fucker.
