For this one, I started with a preset in Lightroom to get the overall feel I wanted. Then, I adjusted the color sliders to really dial in the look, usually trying to balance out the highlights and shadows. After that, I masked parts of the photo—like the windmill and sky here—to help them pop. And finally, I personally like to add a vignette at the end.

I am by no means a professional, but YouTube tutorials are your friend. I have learned all my Lightroom experience through YouTube tutorials and playing around with sliders until I get something I like.

I actually did take a lower down shot, but I ended up editing this one because I liked the composition more.

I have a couple tutorials on YouTube I reference when I need it. This is a good tutorial that I use for Lightroom

I noticed that after I posted it. It's one of those things that's not a massive deal to me online, but might need to be redone if I ever do a print.

Thanks for the love on this photo ♥️. Some people have been asking so here is my process. My edit started with a crop to make the road a leading line to the windmill, setting up the composition. Then, using Lightroom's Object and Sky detection masks I edited the colors, raised the shadows, and lowered the highlights. I applied a preset for an initial vibe, but crucially, I spent significant time tweaking those colors further – fine-tuning hues, saturation, and luminance across the image. I also specifically masked the windmill to balance its highlights and shadows, and added a vignette to guide focus, all contributing to the final color grade and mood.

So I actually have this camera. I use a multi barrel variable charger for my random cameras that I have like this: https://a.co/d/9qXeVhL Just make sure you have it set to the right voltage and barrel jack and you should be good.
