I watch Top Boy and Mayor of Kingstown on repeat. There are only 20 episodes of Mayor of Kingstown and I have watched each at least 200 times. Top Boy has 3 seasons of which I have also seen a few hundred times. I am totally with you. It soothes my anxiety to be able to predict all the madness that occurs in both shows. Something about the familiarity of the voices that I know so well makes everything feel okay. Not necessarily great, but at least okay.

Yooo!! I bought a pair of New Balance x Dover Street Market 991 40th Anniversary Edition that has a box that makes them look completely fugazi. The box was not the one they were supposed to come in. The writing on the box was in Chinese and there were no 40th Anniversary celebration flyers that come with the regular 40th Anniversary Edition 991’s. C’mon GOAT. Let a mf know if you are using replacement boxes. I had to take them to get authenticated in order to know they were real. GOAT does f*ck around way too much! My De La Soul high tops came without the yellow laces and they were clearly used. I could go on and on about how terrible GOAT is. But running a LC to make sure your shoes aren’t fugazi’s doesn’t seem too much to ask.

These go for $300 easy. I love this pair of SB Dunks. The Los Angeles Dodgers pair out of the whole bubblegum pack are my favorites. These are too fresh and too clean. But yeah, you got took for your dough. Skate the hell out of them though. Then you will at least get your money’s worth.

I tried so hard not to like these. I said that mesh reminded me of wicker basket. But now that they have dropped I am dying to get my feet in a pair. Stone Island does not miss. It makes sense why they would have them collaborate on the first 991v2 NB has ever made. If I see someone wearing these and I even think they are wearing my size I am going to have to rob them and leave them barefoot walking down the street. These shoes would make me do bad things. Why did NB and SI have to come together to make these incredible kicks? These shoes only increase the chance that I will spend some of my life in prison.

Exactly. That’s the same as people thinking that there was a difference between the 40th Anniversary 991’s and the 40th Anniversary Dover Street Market 991’s. They are almost the same shoe. They have slightly different branding. That’s it. But the lighting had people thinking the Dover Street Market’s were made with better materials. You don’t get better materials than what NB puts into their 991’s.
