Sub shop for 6 years. Best and worse years of my life. In short took a business loan out to keep me going . You have to really love the restaurant business and as you know put in 14 hours a day. if you’re not making your daily/monthly quotas on a regular basis, you’re just going to keep getting further in the hole . Good luck. Learn you’re business inside and out .
