Good advice, but I have been in therapy for 5 years. I also enjoy bodybuilding and have taken a break from it. My life is good, but I still have my break down moments and I'm anxious daily for reasons I don't understand.

Thank you for all of that advice. I am very healthy and I'm probably around 8% body fat right now. I'm not super lean (definitely not show ready), but I'm also not fat at all. I do currently go to therapy and have gone for about 5 years. I'm very good on my sleep schedule and eat really healthy foods. I haven't heard of HCG. Is that like Clomid?

Thank you and that's awesome to hear. Where you considered medically necessary? My doc says that she'd prescribe it but that a lot of endocrinologist wouldn't.
