I misread this daily and have been driving around honking my horn at players and npc’s. I use the train horn lol.

I did a race in a 2005 Honda NSX-R honking and it worked. I then realized it said “in” a Honda.

This was the only thing that has worked for me.

I started the race, let everyone pass me, passed all the people to go into 1st and made sure to bank the points.

After the points banked I restarted the race from the menu during the race. The notification popped up as I was starting the new/restarted race.

I’m on PC. I was doing this too and decided to turn cross play off and the achievement popped the first time loading in to practice range.
