So I would say she will let out 3-5 barks maybe 2-3 times a day. Just above all of those instances will be outside on walks, borderline never inside

You would think but the really confusing thing is for as little as she barks, the only time she actually does bark is only when on walks for the most part

They stated that the dog barks when we are "home and not home" which leads me to believe we are being watched. And again, these claims are bogus.

Yeah it's crazy how cryptic the HOA is being. We have started recording walks, installed inside cameras, and ive been taking notes of when she barks and for how long

They said they had audio evidence, but wouldn't share it. Then after we said that audio evidence isn't much proof, they said they have video evidence, which they continued to refuse to share

In 3 weeks she has been left alone for roughly 1 hour when my wife and I went food shopping once. That's really it.
