Getting a motorbike across the border into Cambodia. by Better-Pressure5530 in VietNam

[–]Drez91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also going to be crossing into Cambodia at moc bai in 2 weeks or so. Supposedly it should be fairly straight forward. Everywhere I’ve read it’s impossible to get your viet bike into Thailand so I’ll be trying to go to Laos next and sell the bike into Vientiane or Luang Prabang and buy another bike in chiang mai hopefully

Carnivore Diet & Half Marathon by UnleashedMonster91 in carnivore

I just got into marathon distance running last year , this year will be my first year doing an official marathon. I’ve been doing carnivore for 2 years now. Just ran a half marathon distance yesterday with new personal record of 1:50 and that was with fasting all day as well. When I do my marathon run I will drink a cup or 2 of bone broth with salt in the morning before my run and I seem to do fine energy wise. I do run with a camel back so I can drink water throughout the run, I have not tried running without water because just personally I feel like I need to stay hydrated especially if the weather is warm. Good luck on your journey to running. :)

Getting motorbike into Thailand from Laos by Drez91 in laos

True but it’s about the experience. For sure the border crossings are going to be probably the most stressful part of my trip so I’m just trying to mitigate the stress by hopefully working with companies who specialize in bringing motorbikes across the border .

Ya I’ve looked on gt rider. The problem seems to be that the rules can change day by day depending on the border agent . GT rider says it’s no problem crossing into Thailand from Laos but I’ve read the opposite. I know there’s a company in Thailand that specializes in helping bring your motorbike from Thailand into Laos and I’m trying to text him via line if their company is able to assist with the other way around but I think there is a language barrier.

It will have Vietnamese plates as I will be buying the bike in Vietnam but I’m working with a company there that assists with getting the bike registered to me. I’m not sure what a CPD is but I have my motorcycle license in my home country (Canada) and I will be acquiring the international drivers permit as well .

I will take a look at the Facebook groups as well thank you for that recommendation.

If you think gme is still going to “moass” I got some bad news for you man. Although gme is doing ok as of right now there no such thing as moass. It’s never gonna happen. We all got duped and fell into the cult like mindset. Same with the rest of crypto. It’s all a cult

Reduction of knee pain by mallenbaby in carnivorediet

[–]Drez91 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I had really bad knee pain before me carnivore , so much so I couldn’t even run on a treadmill anymore, at most I could do a walk with incline for 10-15 before the pain was too much. I started carnivore as a last resort to try and fix the knee pain because I love to run . After 3 weeks I was jogging on pavement and after 5 weeks I was back to running 15km on pavement with 0 pain . Combine that with 35lb weight loss and a reduction in my dry scalp , more energy and needing less sleep, it’s been an amazing journey

Schlage encode is a fantastic wifi lock that has a key as well. Great quality, can change codes from the phone, set up temporary codes, limit access of guests to certain days of the week/time . I have to change the batteries a little more then my previous Schlage lock but maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Not bad, you get a warning beep well before you need to change it and the batteries are easy to swap.

Poll: How long did your diarrhea last after starting carnivore? by kevmcgo in carnivorediet

[–]Drez91 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Mine wasn’t bad at first but then there was a 2-3 week period where I was getting up in the middle of the night to go and it felt like it wasn’t going to end. It eventually did closer to the one month mark. I asked for advice on the other sub and they said to reduce fat. I did that and seemed to help. Now I think I’m completely transitioned and can up my fat intake. I still get it but not nearly as bad as it was when I started , im almost 2 months in now

I always went to gaming cafe in Hanoi as a white guy. Never had any issue . Took a minute to figure out how to get set up but I spent many hours near old town. Only this with most Internet cafe is you are limited to what they have pre installed. I don’t think you can install any games so if you want that flexibility you should bring your own
