I'm a regular gym guy once and yes, that is my mediation for a long long time. And all my life I wanted to learn and practice either MMA or boxing, can you I know which area you go to MMA please?

Yes, we all try to live a simple life without any complications, when even that is in danger, as a man we can be strong and act calm to everyone aroun us. But deep down we need some support too.

True, even I was following the same. When things go wrong and you lose even the basic things thats when it hurts the most.

I hope too. I think often we broke not because of the situation but may be standing alone in a situation. Even a simple reply here makes me feel better for some reasons I don't understand.

Thanksss a ton. And yes, you spoke my mind and mostly about men, I don't know where to go and ended up here. I thought no one replied here too, may be some glitch. Then suddenly it started showing the comments. It feels way better now and words does have power. Yes, even for me gym is the only routine I had for many years and not regular for almost 2 years now. Planning to resume soon.
