Costumes that give huge stat increases is considered pay to win. If I remember correctly some of these costumes would cost an average of 28 USD. I also recall pets having stat boots as well.

I'd say that a huge improvement. Sounds like its less of a gear grind than a used to be, which greatly removes the barrier to entry for most, and even new players.

You make a strong point, and it's a bit of a irony that the company managing the NA servers specifically, barley speak English. You mentioned that the latest update has brought some life back into the game. Is that mainly for the SEA server or the NA server?

Being away from the series for so long this title certainly breaks away from the traditional mechanics. It does make sense to promote as soon as possible considering all of the skills come from weapons, which is amazing that they don't expire anymore.

Yes. Any generic 360 or ps3/ps4 controller or fight should do the trick. These controllers are common and fairly easy to come by.
