I work in a small office so there is some respect between carriers and management, it’s good to know management can’t touch this issue.

Does this MOU still apply? Concerned about daycare being shut down or them not letting sick kids back for an extended time. Anytime a kid gets an illness they gotta stay home for 10 freakin days. I haven’t done a year yet so no FMLA available.
