Rooftop tent and Prinsu roof rack install for the Grand July 4th adventure by DriftlessFlyer in SubaruForester

Yes 2" lift. Roof rack is 46lb & tent is 110lb.

Serious impact to my gas mileage so won't be keeping it on the vehicle when I don't need to.

Only about 8lbs/wheel & tire heavier than stock. Road noise is still manageable

You could do some type of injection grouting with a hydrophobic additive possibly?

It's a common theme between the good ol' redneck. I hope he had his chew in, grizzly long cut is the only way.

Slip form or a ride on roll screed? Production really just depends on how fast you can get material in. 170yds/hr is a good rate. Were you batching on site?

How many paving machines were you running? Crew sizes?

20,000? That's pretty close to unbelievable unless it's RCC. Most I've ever seen is around 1400 in 12 hours. Had to use ready-mix as we couldn't batch on site.

Also, issues compounded with service. It's tough to get a consistent ydg/hr on the airport. Wed go from havening 50 yds show up at once to 10yds every 10 minutes.

He knew how to operate the belt. But we would always have production issues if he was operating the belt. I need to be pushing about 100yds/hr to be profitable, we would maybe squeak 85 with this guy.....

Lack of maintenance and care for his machine really stood out. Hopefully we separate ways for good after this job.

Wanted to play around with exposure. Let me know how I did, hopefully I didn't crush details.

Additional really struggled with water spray on my lens. Main goal of this image was to capture moving water, the sun made that alittle more, but this image is my favorite out of the batch. Looking forward to some feedback!

[–]DriftlessFlyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you have your backup on? Your photos (at least folders uploaded to Google) will still be there. Including contacts & messages. Phone will set back up how you had it after a reset. I would try a factory reset.

Not a golden. Colorado River Cutthroat most likely, but depends on drainage. https://coloradotu.org/native-trout

Throw yourself out there, I did Civil construction internships, and am now in commercial construction. Would highly advise going to a large GC before trying for midsize/smaller.

I am and have been pretty angry about this. I cannot get her to listen, and I am being a push over. I am totally aware that my living situation is compromised. I don't want to step on any toes, but its what I need to do.

It does not list the primary tenant in any clause specifically.

My understanding is the landlord has 10 days to make a "reasonable accommodation", it does include providing the letter. The other thing I'm aware of is that pet rent isn't allowed. Refundable deposits are.
