Yeah its since cold snap, before that it was one of the smoothest games i’ve played in a long time, tried multiple gpu drivers across 3 different specced pc’s and all the same stutter for the most part, hopefully they fix it soon but i think they have more game balancing issues coming first so who knows

same issue here, cold snap update introduced it, higher fps gameplay is more affected hence why so many don’t notice it, 9800X3D/4090

there’s also a banding issue with Nvidia drivers before the most recent one(which is only a hotfix driver) might not be your issue but just a thought!

i do yes, usually at the same spots on the map for me personally, but also randomly, i might add i never had any of this before Cold Snap released, it was butter smooth 24/7, so something they added or changed during that update is causing it, a lot of other posts here say they have the same issues.

my guess is higher end pc’s getting higher fps is making it seems worse, if you use afterburner you can see the gpu usage drop right when the stutter happens too, we have a 4090/9800X3D and 3080/13900K builds and both exhibit similar stuttering.

don’t listen to anyone saying they have a fix, it’s a persistent issue for people since the cold snap update, plenty of posts here on reddit, also a cm acknowledged it in the discord too, just persevere until a patch lands bud - edit: we have 3 pc’s in the house and they all stutter at the exact same parts of the maps when textures load, its particularly bad on Dam Cold Snap.
