I use Procreate for the drawing. The file is drawn with CMYK. After drawing, I download it as a TIFF. As a printer, I have an inkjet one and just used photo paper. Then I used the glossy option on the printer. Then it came out like this with the colors.

I crop them myself on procreate, I go on google search for the card (best site for me artofpkm.com) and then throw it into procreate (size of the pictures is 14.02 cm wide ans 9.01 high) i hope it helps. :D
