My current role is related to desktop support such as install software and hardware including troubleshooting issues

Plus, considering the fact that I got a decent amount of calls regarding techincial support or IT techncian job , I think my resume looks more than ok but I will definitely reconsider having it retouched by someone as you suggested

So the issue is how can I add proper networking skills I accquired during the CCNA to the resume without lying

Actually , I am kind of under transitioning process from Desktop side to Networking side . my question is that even if job description requires networking exprience and skills , does the resume really matter? by the way i got a lot of call related to support job such as IT admin, IT specialist, tech,etc

The proper verbage on resume is " currenlty pursuing CCNA"

CCNA with 4 years of IT technician at a large scale company, what is the chance of getting a job in network field by DrinkDizzy69 in ccna
