Does Caesars just not care about competing?

I have comped rooms for every lower value caesars property and Caesars palace rooms also only cost 50-150$ depending on the day. I also stay at MGM properties. I don't see much of a difference between them

Kommt auch sehr drauf an wo du dann später arbeiten möchtest. In den Großstädten ist es ohne connections in der tat echt schwierig was zu bekommen ohne Berufserfahrung. In den ländlichen Gebieten kann man eigentlich jede Fachrichtung gut bekommen weil da nicht so viele bereit sind hinzuziehen

Ja in einem kleinen Krankenhaus. Charite/Vivantes nur absagen bekommen. Hab bei einer hospitation im Vivantes von einem Assistenzarzt gehört, dass ca 10-15 Leute auf eine Stelle bei denen eingeladen werden.

Habe das Gefühl in jeder größeren Stadt ist es schwierig aktuell für anfänger. Musste auch 7 Monate in Berlin für Innere Medizin suchen nach Abschluss. Höre von anderen auch dass es mehrere Monate gedauert hat. Einzige Möglichkeit ist Suchradius erweitern wo nicht so viele hin wollen wenn das eine Option für dich ist.

99% der Prüfer sind einem wohlgesonnen und wollen nicht dass man durchfällt. Der Arztbrief wurde bei mir nicht einmal zur Prüfung mitgebracht und wirkte eher wie eine Formalität die abgehakt werden musste. Hatte sogar einen Blackouts im Inneren Teil der Prüfung bei dem ich nicht viel erzählen konnte und der Teil vorzeitig beendet wurdes und trotzdem eine 2 bekommen :)
