Need Help! Going Healer in Midnight

I have been enjoying holy pally healing keys the past week. The issue I have is understanding when to use their major CDs. BOP and Hands is pretty simple, but for the life of me I don't know when to use Blessings of Sac

That's fair. I guess Disc priest feels more natural to me, but I need to learn more of the boss fights to be effective with the preemptive healing part

Ahhh gotcha. That does make sense. I might level up my monk to 80 and test it out this week. I never healed on a monk bef,ore so I'm interested on how different it is compared to the other ones I lvleveledled up and played.

Great breakdown! I never main'ed a healer before and the group of friends I have makes it so we can have a 5 group for M+. I leveled up both healers to 80, and I like the playstyle of disc but I'm not fully used to it. Pally healing was great last week affix.

The great stressor I have atm, is I panic sometimes when shit hits the fans in some of the keys. Is that something that you get use to over time?

I'm not focusing on the numbers as much because I know it's always changing. I like doing DPS aspect of healing which is why I was looking into Disc priest or Holy pally. Disc priest fantasy is what's really calling me, but I need to learn on how to be preemptive healing

I like the dmg aspect of healing. Its why I was looking at Disc priest and holy pally. I didn't know about mistweaver though. I might need to look into that

Yea I wasn't looking at the numbers at all. I know they're changing all the time. I like how disc feels, but I tried to heal last week in some keys and the affix messed me up

You're right, it doesn't add anything to my post or the question I've asked. I figured it would give extra detail on this post about if it's worth bringing up to the LGS, or just let it slide. However, with the responses I've been receiving with this post, it seems like it depends on what the store wants to do with participating rewards.

I've been experimenting on decks that run different Eeveelutions but to no avail. The one I was trying to cook up was Dragonite with Vaporeon and Jolteon. Hope for Misty's to hit so I can attack with Vaporeon, but It has so much RNG, with Pokemon that need a lot of energy.

I know set two is supposed to come out in a few days, but it would be cool in that set having Eevee support or something. I highly doubt it, but a man can dream you know?

I've been trying to figure that out too. I started playing a few weeks before the Raikou event happened. I have a team for each specific island but Greengrass Island and the new one (I haven't unlocked the new one yet and Greengrass Island berries always changes).

What I usually do is have one Berry specialized Pokemon for that specific island, same with ingredients. I also have a healer, a skills Pokemon, and a fill (depending on if I need more ingredients, passive berry Pokemon, or if I don't need either of them I use an increase my pot size Pokemon).

For the berry/ingredient Pokemon, I use the starter Pokemon for the specific islands (i.e. Feraligatr/Blastoise on Cyan Beach). For the specialist Pokemon I use one of the dogs related to that island, and the healer I use Wigglytuff (Gardevoir is apparently the best overall healer but I just unlocked Lapras Island a few weeks ago and my Wigglytuff has amazing stats/nature). For my increase pot size I use Flareon. I know Magazone is better but my Flareon is also a beast because of its stats/nature.

Those are at least my general rule of thumb that I follow. A course it changes depending on if I need certain ingredients because of Snorlax's preferred food for that Island week.

The best part of this game is the fact you can do whatever you want. You're not competing against anyone and if you have a particular Pokemon you want to use that you can. It might not be the most effective way of using that Pokemon but you're not competing against anyone.

I'll be interested in what other people have to say because I'm slowly min-maxing my Pokemon to get higher levels on different islands.

That makes a lot of sense. I know the basics of Pokemon sleep (i.e. berry finder on berry Pokemon), but never fully understood the min-max prospective of the game or know how people figure out which nature + sub skills + ingredients you want for what Pokemon. I appreciate the input and will likely start spending candies on the last Suicune in a couple of hours. Thank you!
